Christmas Fun at Coronado

The last day before winter break at Coronado Elementary was filled with holiday cheer, laughter, and a whole lot of school spirit. This year, we kicked off a brand-new tradition by handing out candy canes to parents as they dropped off their children for the day. Mrs. Claus even made an appearance! It was a small gesture that brought big smiles and helped everyone start the morning on a sweet note.

We also continued one of our favorite traditions—a good old-fashioned Christmas sing-along. Students gathered together to sing and cheer, filling the school with festive joy. Joining in on the fun were some very special guests: a giant polar bear and a Christmas tree who danced and sang along, much to the delight of our students.

The energy was high, the smiles were wide, and the sound of joyful voices echoed throughout the building. Moments like these remind us that school is about more than academics—it’s about creating memories, building traditions, and celebrating together as a community.

We wish all of our Coronado families a safe, restful, and joyful winter break filled with warmth and happiness. 🎄
