Coronado recently received a thoughtful and unexpected gift from Vicki Krehbiel, daughter of former principal Victor Krehbiel. Mr. Krehbiel served as Coronado’s principal from the 1965–1966 school year through 1984–1985, leading the school for an incredible 19 years.

Vicki graciously donated a piece of artwork created during a school “Rock Rally,” originally made for a PTO fundraiser years ago. Her father had purchased the piece at that event and kept it in his home for many years. Now, it has returned to Coronado — a meaningful piece of the school’s history, carrying both creativity and legacy within its frame.
